Terms and Conditions of Personal, Non Commercial Image Use

The images contained in these pages are subject to the Terms and Conditions as follows:

1. Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. owns and retains the copyright of all images besides those noted otherwise. No express or implied copyright license is granted to users other than permission to reproduce images for personal or non commercial use only.
   
2. The Beretta name and logos (three arrows, PB) form part of the Beretta trademarks and are the property of Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. No express or implied trademark license is granted by Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Beretta trademarks and logos and is not limited to what is listed herewith.
   
3. These Terms and Conditions are:
   i. governed by Italian law
   ii. constitutes the entire agreement between Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. and the user, and supersedes all other agreements, understandings and communications
   iii. may be modified in writing at Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A.’s discretion at any time.

Gaining permission for commercial image use

Requests for commercial use of Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. owned images are evaluated on an individual basis at the discretion of Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. To request authorization and a copyright license, please contact Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A.
