David Cohen’s ambition is to become an Olympian and represent his country as a shooter, and with the drive, determination, and record he has, he’s well on his way. David has been shooting since he was 10 years old, in and around the Los Angeles area. Now competing wherever the best talent is, he travels the country when not attending High School to compete against the best American trap shooters. Currently shooting a 682 Gold E trap combo in competition and a SV10 Prevail in the field, he participates in American Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays, and International Trap (Bunker).
David has been shooting as a family affair since he was 10 years old, and counts the California State Shoot and the grand American as his favorite shoots of the year, where he can shoot with “the best in the nation”.
His shooting accomplishments include winning everything from club championships as a teenager, to winning SCTP titles both locally and Nationally. David has won at every level and just about every venue he has competed at. Winning events in Tucson at the Satellite Grand American. He has won at both the California State Shoot, and Grand American in Sparta, both as a Junior and in the Open class as well.
David is looking forward to going on to school at and to shoot for the University of Arizona in Tucson.
When he’s not shooting, David enjoys playing games, cooking, horseback riding, and watching TV.
