A400 Upland

I am planning a South Dakota pheasant hunt for my family. I have 2 browning Maxus shotguns which I like. I wanted two 20 gauge shotguns for my sons. I did some research and I liked the looks of the A400 Upland. I found a good deal on A400 Xplor so I bought it and the next week I found and Upland and bought that also. The Upland would not shoot trap loads. It would not eject the shells and would jam every time. I switched barrels and the problem switched to the Xplor. The valve in the barrel feels a little rough. I believe it is a valve issue. I have owned the gun for 2 weeks now and shot 4 different loads through it. It does not do well with lite loads. I have called Berretta and no one will answer my phone calls. Berretta has responded to my email but I have heard horror stories that if I send the gun back that i won't get it back for 6 months.

So this is the third a400 I’ve bought and it’s the 2nd I’ve had problems with out of the box… I have an a400xtreme plus had a problem with cycling turned out needed a new barrel. Now I bought the upland and well with 3in shells I get light strikes more than a little like every 3rd shot is a light strike (trigger goes click no bang). I’d like to see some better QC from this 500 year old company. You sell a gun for good money please make sure the thing can shoot what it says it can.
