New and improved 92 .22LR Conversion kit fits on all 92F/96F and newer full size 90 series pistols with slide mounted safeties. This kit converts your centerfire 90 series pistol to rimfire for cheap and quiet practice. Kit features full functionality of the standard centerfire slides. The Kit's slide features Vertec style dovetails so standard 92/96 Vertec sights are a direct fit, as are the suppressor height sights from the M9_22 series pistols.

Does not fit 92S pistols or any pistols with frame mounted safeties.

Locking block

I recently purchased the .22 conversion kit for my 92FS. They said it assembled and disassembled just as did the 9MM. Not so. Upon assembly I could not close the disassembly latch. Further investigation revealed that the locking block ramp was not ground and polished enough to accept the half circle of the disassembly latch. With some careful sanding to remove some material on the upper surface (closest to the barrel) of the ramp the latch eventually locked. Didn't expect this from Beretta. Next will be the performance test...........review to follow.
