Beretta M9A4 FDE 18 Round Magazines

Several months ago, I bought a M9A4 Centurion pistol that came with 3-18 round magazines. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, 2 of the three magazines came with non FDE base plates (Black). Beretta did provide information to get two free 18 round magazines with FDE base plates via their website. Well, several weeks ago I communicated with Beretta customer support, asking when I should expect to receive my code for the two free FDE Mags. After another subsequent email, I got a response that supply was slowly coming in and they were shipping to those in the order of firearm registration. A few days later, I received my code, ordered the 2 mags specifying this code, that allowed for free product (2 FDE Mags), and free shipping. I received the two magazines shortly thereafter. It couldn't have been easier, and although I had to wait several months to get them, Beretta allowed M9A4 FDE firearm purchasers to also keep the 2 black base plate mags for a total of 5 for the M9A4 FDE.

Great quality

Great quality magazine. However, my gun only came with 1 and a voucher for 2 more. I've emailed customer support multiple times about when my promo code for the other 2 should come up in my email since right here it says the magazines are in stock. It has been multiple weeks with no response from the beretta team. Love my pistol and the SINGULAR magazine I can actually use since the other 2 black ones are basically useless since one can't hold more than 7 bullets and the other can hold about 12. I suppose I'll have to take them apart and get any burrs off or replace the springs I don't know I'd just like to know when I can expect a couple of decent quality magazines that should have been with the pistol when I bought it.

Not what I ordered

Bought a few of these about 3 weeks ago, these were originally listed on the web site as Beretta M9A4 9mm 18 Round FDE Magazine but that listing was incorrect, they are 18 round magazines with an FDE baseplate. I kept the magazines I received because Beretta has since corrected their web site to reflect the correct magazines, they functioned flawlessly and are the same magazines that came with the gun. I contacted Beretta twice via email, but received no explanation, apology or any correspondence at all. So I give the mags two thumbs up but Beretta customer service two big thumbs down.

Good mags, poor customer service

Bought M9A4 before optic plates and mag supply issues were worked out. Got my optic plate without any charge a few months ago. Beretta also send some unexpected swag (visor, earphones) at one point. Got the code to get the two extra real M9A4 mags that were supposed to come with the gun (only the one M9A4 mag that came with gun worked well, other two "temporary" mags were less than fully functional or reliable) and ordered right away on 8/19/22. Website charged me $6.31 shipping although mags were "free". Called customer service, waited a very long time, then Melanie answered. Explained I shouldn't be charged shipping, Melanie said she'd speak with manager then email me back. Never received that email or a refund for the shipping. Great gun though, great factory mags, and even better with PMM comp added to it.
