PX4 Storm 9mm "Compact" and "Compact Carry"
I'm all in, so to speak, as far as the different versions of the 9mm PX4 Storm are concerned. I own both the "Compact" and "Compact Carry" (or "Langdon") version and they are both great firearms. One piece of information that might be helpful to those considering one version or the other is that the "Compact Carry" is "decock" only, so if you "decock" the firearm, you can subsequently pull the trigger (which is now in double action mode) and the gun will fire...if not "decocked" again, the trigger remains in single action mode). With the "Carry", if you "decock" the firearm then subsequently pull the trigger, the gun will not fire unless you subsequently recock the hammer and then pull the trigger...it will now be in single action mode and remain single action unless "decocked" again. Lots of strong opinions expressed in online reviews about advantages and disadvantages of having a firearm in one configuration or the other.
