The 48-hour (2-business days) turnaround time begins once your firearm is received and checked in at our service facility. Completion within this window is dependent on the availability of required parts. If parts are not in stock, service may be delayed. In such cases, our team will contact you to discuss options and estimated timelines.
HOW B-FASTER WORKS

Contact us at 1-833-702-1190 to request B-Faster service. Our team will assist you and provide an overnight UPS shipping label for your firearm.
2. CHECK-IN & EVALUATION
Once your firearm is received and checked in, the repair process begins.
3. FORTY-EIGHT-HOUR REPAIR WINDOW
If all required parts are in stock, your firearm will be repaired within 48 hours of check-in.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Once repaired, your firearm will be shipped back to you via overnight delivery. Please note: Overnight shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

LAW ENFORCEMENT DUTY FIREARM
IMPORTANT:
If you’re submitting a Law Enforcement duty firearm for service, verification is required to confirm its active-duty status. During your call with our Technical Service team, please have documentation and agency identification ready to confirm that the firearm is issued for active-duty use. This verification ensures you receive complimentary service through the B-Faster program. If the duty weapon is not under warranty, a quote for parts and labor will be provided and the standard $200 B-Faster service fee will be waived.
