IN THE EVENT BERETTA MARKETPLACE IS FOUND LIABLE, ITS LIABILITY TO THE USER OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IS LIMITED TO $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO USERS.

Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify Beretta Marketplace and any employees, affiliates or third parties associated in any way with Beretta Marketplace against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the User's use of the Site or breach of the Agreement.

Revocation of Access
Beretta Marketplace reserves the right to revoke the user's access to the Site or any use authorizations relating to the Site granted to the user.

User Input
All electronic mail or communications provided by user to Beretta Marketplace may be used by Beretta Marketplace for any purpose without compensation to the contributor, subject to Beretta Marketplaces’ website privacy policy.

Applicable Law
