DeBoni

It is well made and and very comfortable. It runs smaller than the size and the zipper is small and a little difficult to use, but the coat keeps out wind and rain and does what it purports to do. I would recommend it as long as the buyer understands it is basically a shell. You need to layer in cold weather, but don't have to worry about it being to hot in the field.

Would go 5 Stars

I wanted a blaze orange shell jacket for upland hunting. I found this on sale. I ordered a Lg and then ordered a Medium because I wasn't sure about the the fit. Did not like being told that a refund on the one returned could take 3 - 5 weeks (which always means 5 weeks). For what I paid it was a good jacket; and I may have rated it higher at that price, but not for the refund policy. Two basic side pockets have adequate space and sit a little higher up, midway between where you might find a normal side pocket and a hand warmer pockets - this I kind of like. A breast pocket would be a nice addition. It is well made, attractive and can be layer to cover you for a range of weather.

Style in the Field.

This is a well made Gore Tex rain and wind jacket that can be used every day you are afield. It’s briar resistant and sharp looking. Consider one size up if you’re layering over warm clothes. Only down side if you’re buying this as a rain jacket is that the hood is a hideaway tuck in the collar flimsy one. If you’re head ware keeps the rain out and you don’t need a sturdy hood then consider this jacket.

High Quality Jacket

This jacket is just to nice for the field in the blue color but in orange color I can see it being perfect for the field! It's lightweight durable and versatile. The carrying inside shoulder straps are a bonus! If you like high quality products this is a must for your wardrobe hunting or not!

The jacket you never knew you needed.

Nice jacket, well made, versatile. Great for layering. Runs a size small, so order next size up. Don't forget to order a hat and some gloves.

High Quality

Very well-made jacket. Comfortable to hunt in. Wore it hunting pheasants in South Dakota during high winds and it was perfect. Not insulated, but you can expand the comfort range by layering. The "double cuffs" are a real nice feature--very comfortable and weather tight. Like all Beretta apparel this jacket runs small so order the next size up. My knocks are that it's expensive, it was shipped and delivered late, and customer service was really sub par (especially compared to the competition). Very nice jacket.

Good but not the most comfortable

I had to remove the tags as it comes with a fastener on the inside of the back that bothered me Also the texture is kind of rough so you need an underwear in between this jacket and your body because it doesn’t feel good in contact with the skin if seems strong and if good quality

So good I bought two

I usually wear 2x so I got the 3x, and it is definitely sized smaller than labeled. Buy one size larger and you’re good. Warm enough on its own if you’re active but you’ll need a liner for sitting around. Very breathable and comfortable, and stands up to thorns and brambles very well. No wetness or condensation inside the coat even after some hard hoofin’ through grouse cover. Liked it so much I got the grey/blue one for when I’m out on the town or on the way to the office.
