Complete Checkout
Once you complete your purchase, your service package is valid for one year—giving you the flexibility to claim it when you're ready to ship your item. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your package, so be sure to keep it for when you're ready to use the service.
Ship your Firearm
When you're ready to send in your firearm, use the link in your confirmation email to complete a short form with your firearm details. Once submitted, you'll receive a shipping label to send your item to our service center.
Receive Your Serviced Firearm
Once your service is complete, you’ll receive an email with the status of your firearm. It will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout.
