Questions and Answers


Can I have my product shipped overnight?

Yes! We offer both 2nd Day and Next Day Shipping. However, you MUST order no later than 2PM Eastern Time in order for your package to go out the day you order it. Otherwise, it will not ship until the following business day, and your shipping time will begin then. For example, if you make a purchase on Monday at 9AM, your package will go out the same day, and arrive Tuesday via Next Day delivery or Wednesday via 2nd Day delivery. If you place an order on Tuesday at 4PM, your package will go out on Wednesday, and you will receive it on Thursday with Next Day Shipping. If you order on Friday after 2PM, your order will go out on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday, and so on.

Shipping Policies

We can only ship to valid street addresses in the fifty US states.

We cannot ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Due to export issues, we cannot ship to addresses in Puerto Rico.

"In Stock" and "Due In" items will normally ship by the Expected Ship Date that is displayed with the product information.

We ship on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Your order is usually processed in 12 to 24 hours.. Note that processing time is not included in shipping time. Delivery time starts from the time your order is picked up by the carrier from our dock, not the time that you place the order.
All orders that require overnight shipping must be placed by 12pm (noon) EST Monday-Thursday to receive your package the next day. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday will ship Friday and should arrive the next business day (Monday). If you order on Friday for overnight delivery, your order will ship on Monday. Be advised that some overnight shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not guaranteed in some areas.

We will send you an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

We normally ship our products by United Parcel Service, FedEx, or SurePost (UPS to depot, and US Postal Service to delivery address) to locations within the United States. We cannot guarantee shipping via specific carrier.

Our shipping rates are based upon the value of the order.

In addition to the basic shipping rates specified above, you may choose Express Shipping. We offer the following options and rates:

  • Next Day Air (add $20.00)**
  • 2nd Day Air (add $16.00)**

** Any Express delivery times apply to when your shipment leaves our warehouse, which may take 2 business days, if not a back order. Please note that Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping will require a signature for delivery. If you cannot be at the delivery address during UPS delivery times, please ship to an alternate address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

How to Place an Order

Shopping at the Beretta e-Store for the First Time?

Placing an order at the Beretta e-Store is easy. Simply follow the steps below.

  1. Add items to your shopping cart by entering the quantity and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

  2. When you are ready to check out, click on "View Cart." You can change the quantities in your cart, clear your cart, add items to your cart, update your cart and select your shipping method. Once you are satisfied with your cart, please click "Proceed to Check Out."

  3. In order to check out, you will need to sign in or establish an account. If you already have a Beretta e-Store account, you may enter your user id and password and click Sign In. If you do not have an e-Store account, you can click on the "New User" link. You will be asked to enter your zip code and telephone number. If you have purchased from Beretta in the past, we will attempt to locate your information in our system. If we find your information, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and password to establish your account. If you have not purchased from Beretta in the past, you will be directed to a new user screen where you can establish a Beretta e-Store account.

  4. Once you have signed in, you can click the Proceed to Check Out button.

  5. At the Check Out page, you can review your order. If you have more than one Billing or Shipping Address, you can add a new Billing or Shipping Address. You can then enter your payment information and click Confirm Order.

  6. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an on screen order confirmation as well as an e-mail order confirmation.

  7. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a second e-mail confirming when your order was shipped. This e-mail will provide you with the date that the order was shipped.

Payment Methods

You may order on-line and pay by credit card. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

You may also contact Beretta Customer Support at (800) 237-3882 and place on order telephonically.

We will charge your credit card for the value of the goods being shipped plus shipping charges. If you have items on your order that are not yet shippable, you will not be charged for these items until they actually ship. You will not be charged shipping more than once.

When you order on line, we will ask for your credit card security code.

The credit card security code is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card.

Visa or MasterCard: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Provide the three-digit number following the credit card number.

American Express: On the front of the card. Provide the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number.

If we are unable to obtain a match with your credit card security code and your credit card information, we cannot accept your order. We do this to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions and to protect our customers.

- We cannot process gift cards through our payment gateway. The credit card has to have a billable address.

Checking the Status of Your Order

You can check the status of your order by entering your user id and password and clicking the Sign In button. Or by clicking here.

If you have forgotten your password, you can have your password sent to you by clicking the "Forgot Password" link and following the instructions on the screen.

Once you have logged into the e-Store, you can check on the status of your order by clicking on the Customer Self Service link and selecting Open Order. You can check your order history by selecting Order History.

Changing or Canceling an Order

You may cancel or change your order by calling Beretta Customer Support at (800) 237-3882.

You may be unable to cancel or change your order if it has already been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Beretta U.S.A. return it for a full refund.

Guarantee applies only to items purchased from the Beretta mail order catalog or from berettausa.com. You may return most merchandise* for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment.

Clothing, accessories and bags are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and tear and defects in workmanship. After one year from the purchase date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only. You may return clearance and sale items within 30 days of your purchase.

Refunds may be made in the form of store credit for berettausa.com, or credit back to the original purchasing credit card only.

*Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:

Ammunition: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.

Optics and Lasers: are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer.

Air-gun and Air-Soft products: are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer.

Muzzle-loading guns: are covered under a limited 1 year warranty. Warranties are voided if the gun has been altered in any way.

Wood-stock sets and barrels: can only be returned if in a "like new" condition. We cannot accept returns for stock sets that are damaged or broken by the customer.

Make sure to complete the yellow Returns and Exchanges form that came with your order and include it with your return. If possible, include a copy of your original packing slip. If you no longer have the Returns and Exchanges form, please include a note stating the reason for your return and/or the type of service you are looking for along with a daytime phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached if necessary. Please, note that this type of return does not require a pre-authorization or RMA number.

We charge sales tax on catalog/internet orders in all states where applicable. By law, this includes orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, including either a company store or a commissioned sales representative.

Can I purchase firearms from Beretta online?

No, we do not currently offer online purchasing of firearms. You may purchase air guns or single fire black powder guns from us if they are legally permissable in your area. These items must be signed for by an adult over the age of 18 when they are deliverd. For Beretta firearms, please visit your local dealer. How can I request a handgun cable lock?

Beretta is required by Federal law to provide a handgun lock, upon request, to any Beretta  handgun owner. The gun owner is only responsible for shipping charges for the lock. In order to obtain a cable lock, click the link below, add the lock to your shopping cart, and check out. You will be charged for shipping only. If you include additional items in your cart, shipping charges may increase.

You may only request one gun lock per order (if you need more than one, you will need to place separate orders). Gun locks are exempt from Free Shipping promotions. In the event the site is offering Free Shipping, the shipping cost of this item will be reflected as the item price.
