Shipping Information
We normally ship our products by United Parcel Service to locations within the United States. We may, however, ship small items by US Postal Service. Our shipping rates are based upon the value of the order.
In addition to the basic shipping rates specified above, you may choose Express Shipping. We offer the following options and rates:
- Next Day Air (add $20.00)**
- 2nd Day Air (add $16.00)**
Any Express delivery times apply to when your shipment leaves our warehouse, which may take 2 business days, if not a back order. Please note that Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping will require a signature for delivery. If you cannot be at the delivery address during UPS delivery times, please ship to an alternate address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
Returns and Refunds
At Beretta U.S.A., we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing you with the best shopping experience possible. We value your happiness with your purchase; however, we have made some updates to our returns policy to better serve you.
Effective immediately, our returns policy is as follows:
Return Window: You have a 90-day window from the date of purchase to return items bought from the Beretta mail order catalog or beretta.com/en_us for a full refund, with the exception of shipping charges. Your refund will be issued based on the original payment method.
No Exchanges: Please note that we no longer accept exchanges for any items. You must first make the return and then make a fresh purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Exceptions to our standard return policy:
Optics and Lasers: These items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Muzzle-loading guns: Covered under a limited 1-year warranty, provided they have not been altered in any way.
Stocks and barrels that have been fitted to a firearm are not returnable
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, apply the return label provided on the outside of the box you are returning and contact the reference courier to schedule the pickup.
