At Beretta USA, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing you with the best shopping experience possible. We aim to make returns simple and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to return most items.
- Proof of purchase is required. Only the original purchaser may return an item
- For items purchased from beretta.com or the Beretta mail order catalog, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return. Your refund will be issued based on the original payment method, except for shipping charges

Exceptions to our standard return policy:
- Optics and Lasers: These items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- Stocks and barrels that have been fitted to a firearm are not returnable.
- No Exchanges: Please note that we no longer accept exchanges for any items. You must first make the return and then make a fresh purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Initiating a Return:
We process orders as quickly as possible, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once submitted. If you wish to return a purchased item, you must initiate the return process after receiving your ordered item.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit "Track Your Order" page and provide your order number and email address.
- After locating your order, initiate the return and print a shipping label.
- Once you have printed the label, affix it to the outside of the box you are returning and contact the designated carrier to arrange transit.
