To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit "Track Your Order" page and provide your order number and email address.
- After locating your order, initiate the return and print a shipping label.
- Once you have printed the label, affix it to the outside of the box you are returning and get in touch with the designated courier to arrange a pickup.
Please be aware that you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. If you wish to return a purchased item, you must initiate the return process after receiving your ordered item.
You have a 90-day window from the date of purchase to return items bought from the Beretta mail order catalog or beretta.com/en_us for a full refund, with the exception of shipping charges. Your refund will be issued based on the original payment method.
